Subject of the Offer We offer the Customer the product "Service Dog Course" (hereinafter - the "Product").• Site - a set of data (texts, graphic and design elements, photos, videos and other results of intellectual activity, computer programs) that are interconnected, contained in an information system, and ensure the availability of this information for end users and are placed at: https://www.airdog.io• Chatbot – a set of software tools used to transfer goods by the Seller.• An online course is a product - a set of video recordings, text materials and feedback, which are combined into a single resource for the purpose of display on the Internet.
The online course is licensed, copyrighted content. We reserve the right to change and expand the Additional Terms, which in any case remain binding.
3. Acceptance of terms (Acceptance of the offer) By ordering the Seller's Goods, you fully and unconditionally accept this Offer, that is, you conclude a bilateral contract with us. The Goods can be ordered in the following forms:• Payment of the bill issued to you or the electronic invoice of the payment system (payment by the provided link).
If you do not agree with the terms of the Offer, do not order the Seller's product. The course site only processes personal data and is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information specified by the Customer during registration. If you made a mistake during registration, please contact us by e-mail or contact the manager with whom you had a conversation before paying for the product. We will help to eliminate it.

Procedure for selling the Goods The Seller's goods are transferred through a chatbot (hereinafter referred to as the Internet platform), a link to which you will receive after registering on the Seller's website and paying the price of the Goods. After paying the price of the Product, you get access to all video and text materials of the course, feedback. The Internet platform is a third-party Internet resource independent of the Seller, and establishes its own rules and policies regarding access to the Product.Access to materials and services posted on the Internet platform may be terminated after the full completion of the course at the decision of the Contractor.
If the Customer has not started the course within 4 days from the moment of payment, the Customer has the right to postpone the final date of the course.In the event that the Goods are delivered by the Seller at a specific time specified on the Site and/or Platform or about which the Customer is informed by the Seller in another way, and the Customer does not download the Goods at the specified time, he has no right to request a refund.
5. Cost of the Product The price of the Product is indicated on the relevant page of the course website or the official Instagram page, where detailed information and additional conditions are posted, or in messages that we may send to you.The final price of the Goods is fixed in the invoice issued to you, on the payment page for the Goods, as well as in the bank statement for your card. 6. Payment procedure Settlements between the parties are carried out in non-cash form by making payment using the funds transfer services available on the Site. The currency of payment is the United States dollar (USD).Payment for the Seller's Goods can be made by:• payment of the cost of the selected Product on the terms of full prepayment; or• by paying in installments on the terms and in the manner determined by the partner banks
If the payment is made from accounts of other currencies, the conversion is carried out according to the exchange rate established by the performer in the acquiring payment system. The debit amount may include additional commissions of banks and payment systems.
7. Return Policy
The Seller undertakes to return the paid funds to the Customer in the event that the Customer refused the Goods by sending a corresponding refusal, which includes all the Customer's contact details (name, contact phone number, bank details for return), as well as other information specified when submitting the application .
At the same time, the refund of the paid funds is carried out by the Seller under the following conditions:
Refunds are provided within 14 calendar days after payment of the price of the Product or until the second lecture of the course, inclusive. The moment of passing the lecture is displayed with the date and time in the course chatbot.Refusal of the Goods must be sent to the Seller in electronic form at the e-mail address .oi.godria%40maetriaIn the event of a refund, the Contractor charges 15 (fifteen) % of the cost of the course on the basis of service losses.
Note: Payments for booking a place in the study group are a guarantee of the reservation, and are not refundable in case of refusal to participate in the course.
8. Intellectual property By purchasing the Product, you get access to video recordings and text materials, the copyright and related rights of which are protected and owned by Us, regardless of the fact of registration and the territory of their validity. By using the provided Product, you are granted the right to view and use the materials for your own non-commercial purposes. Copying, processing, modification, full or partial use, public reproduction or distribution of materials as well as commercial use of the Goods without the permission of the Seller is prohibited and prosecuted in accordance with the law.It is prohibited to purchase the Goods "in storage" or transfer your credentials to access the Goods to third parties. Any violation of intellectual property rights is prosecuted in accordance with the laws of the country of residence of the infringer, as well as the norms of international law, and entails civil, administrative and/or criminal liability. In the event that the Seller discovers the fact of violation and/or illegal use of Our intellectual property, we reserve the right to block the account of the violator without compensation for the cost of the Goods. In the case of detection of a violation of intellectual property rights, the Seller has the right to demand from the violator full compensation for damages caused by such a violation, as well as lost profits as a result of such a violation. The violator's refusal to voluntarily pay compensation will force us to contact the law enforcement authorities, initiate criminal prosecution and collect compensation by force.
9. Liability We are responsible for:• Non-violation of the conditions of transfer of the Goods and• That the Product is of the declared quality.• Issuance and receipt of a Service dog document package upon completion of the course
(tasks and passing of theoretical and practical tasks).• Curator's support during the entire time of studying on the course, up to and including the time of issuing the first air ticket. We are not responsible for:• Impossibility of receiving the Goods due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, malfunction of communication lines and telecommunication networks, malfunction, replacement, adjustment of equipment and software belonging to both the Seller and the Internet resource).• Changing airline policies regarding allowing a dog with Service dog documentation (such as issuance of documents) to be in the cabin of an aircraft, but will make every effort to obtain this permission within the airline's policy at the time of issuing the permission.• The Seller is not responsible for non-compliance of the Goods with the Customer's expectations.• Violation of the security of the equipment and software that you use to receive the Goods.• The seller is not responsible for achieving results related to the practical application of information obtained in the process of using the Product.• Damages to third parties that are not our fault.• The Air Dog company (FOP Samilin Kyrylo Oleksandrovych) is not responsible for any problems with the behavior of the client's dog during the service. We recommend taking a basic obedience course before/during the service dog course offered by the Air Dog company (FOP Samilin Kyrylo Oleksandrovych). • Any information in the Product provided to the Customer by the Seller is developed by the company's partner, formed in a foreign language and translated by the Contractor using a web translator.
You are responsible for: • Authenticity and correctness of personal and payment data specified by you when registering on Our website and when placing an order on the website of the Internet platform.• Use of your credentials by third parties to access the Product.• You undertake to provide your dog with the necessary equipment, such as: leashes, clicker, grinding machines.• Using the materials of the Product for the purpose of their further resale, distribution and transfer to third parties.• Violation of the terms of use of the Seller's website and Internet platform;• Violation of payment terms.• Interfering with the work of the Seller's website and/or Internet platform and attempting to gain access to them by circumventing the provisions of the Agreement.• use of automated scripts (programs) to collect information on the Site and/or Internet platform and/or to interact with the Site and/or Internet platform
9. Making changes We reserve the right to change and supplement the content of this Offer by placing a notice and a new version of the Offer on this page. We strongly recommend that you check this page as often as possible and check the date of the last modification indicated at the top of the page. You agree that using the Product after making changes to the terms of the Offer is considered by us as your acceptance of these terms in the new edition. 10. Validity period The offer is valid until it is changed or withdrawn by the Seller. Termination of the Offer will not affect the rights, obligations and responsibilities that arose before the Offer was withdrawn or changes were made to its terms. The emergence and termination of rights and obligations between the Customer and the Internet platform is governed by the rules and policies of the latter.
11. Law The relations of the parties are regulated by the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine and the Convention on International Sales Contracts. To protect the rights of consumers, the legislation of the Customer's country of permanent residence is applied. 12.
