Intellectual property rights and terms of use of materials

The website, content, educational materials and other intellectual property objects posted on the AIR DOG website are the exclusive property of the Copyright Owner - Individual Entrepreneur Samilin Kyrylo Oleksandrovych (hereinafter referred to as the Copyright Owner). All rights are protected in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the norms of international law.
1. Intellectual property objects
The intellectual property objects of the Copyright Owner include, in particular, but not exclusively:
video recordings, audio materials, presentations, educational texts, methodological materials;
marketing strategies, business models, work algorithms, scenarios and scripts for communicating with clients;
lesson structure, sales scenarios, templates, graphic elements, logos;
any other materials created by the Copyright Owner, regardless of their form, method of fixation or registration.
2. User Rights
The Buyer or other user of the site receives the right to personal non-commercial use of the materials provided exclusively in the format of viewing or familiarization.
Any copying, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, modification, commercial use or other use of materials without the written permission of the Copyright Owner is prohibited.
3. Protection of social networks and official accounts
The provisions of this document also apply to all official pages, accounts, channels and profiles of the Copyright Owner on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and others), which are administered, controlled or created with the participation of the Copyright Owner.
Such elements include, but are not limited to:
profile headers (bio), descriptive texts;
publications, stories, videos, audio;
visual design, design, content structure, section names, logos.
Copying, reproduction, partial or stylistically identical reproduction of any elements of social networks without the written permission of the Copyright Holder is prohibited.
4. Liability for violation
In the event of a violation, the Copyright Holder has the right to:
demand the cessation of violations;
demand the removal of illegally used materials;
demand compensation for damages and lost profits;
contact law enforcement agencies and initiate criminal proceedings.
Please note:
Obtaining access to materials, including free ones, does not mean the transfer of the right to their commercial use.
All disputes are regulated in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the norms of international law.
